10-year warranty

Every new build carries a 10-year structural warranty, for lasting peace of mind.

One team, start to finish

The same designers and builders carry your project from first drawing to handover.

How it works

From first drawing to handover

A clear process, so you always know what happens next and what it costs.

  1. A homeowner and designer sketching extension plans at a kitchen table in a Cotswold home

    Design and drawings

We visit your home, discuss your brief and prepare drawings and planning applications.

  2. A site manager and builder reviewing construction drawings on site at a Cotswold build

    Planning and detail

We finalise specification, materials and programme before any work starts on site.

  3. Builders laying stone blockwork for a house extension on a scaffolded Cotswold site

    Building your project

Our own team builds the work, from groundworks through to the finished joinery.

  4. A homeowner walking through a finished stone extension with large glazed doors and new oak flooring

    Handover

We walk the finished home with you, snag list complete, before you move back in.

About us

Designers and builders, under one roof

A Cotswold-based team of designers and craftsmen, working on one project at a time.

Oak & Stone Builders is a Cotswold design and construction team. We work on extensions, renovations, new homes, barn conversions and bespoke joinery, using traditional stone and timber alongside modern building methods.

We keep the same team from first drawing to handover, so the people who design your home are the people who build it.
