What's included

Every extension, one team

From planning drawings to the last coat of paint, one team designs, builds and finishes your extension.

Design & planning

We draw your extension, handle planning permission and party wall matters, and agree the design before any work starts.

Traditional materials

Cotswold stone, oak framing and reclaimed timber, matched to your existing house and the local vernacular.

Structural building work

Foundations, walls, roof and structural openings, built to current regulations by our own site team.

Kitchens & joinery fit-out

Bespoke joinery, kitchens and finishes completed in-house, so the extension is ready to live in at handover.

How it works

From first drawing to handover

How an extension moves from first conversation to finished room.

  1. 1

    Initial consultation

We visit your home, discuss how you live and what the extension needs to do.

  2. 2

    Design & planning

We prepare drawings and submit for planning permission, with party wall matters handled alongside.

  3. 3

    Fixed-scope build

Our own site team builds the extension, in traditional materials matched to your house.

  4. 4

    Handover

Kitchens, joinery and finishing completed, so the extension is ready to live in.

Common questions

Questions about house extensions

What Cotswold homeowners ask before they start.

Planning an extension?

Call 01632 960417, Mon–Fri 8am–5.30pm, or request a free quote.

Do we need planning permission for an extension in the Cotswolds?

Most extensions need planning permission, particularly in Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and conservation areas common across the Cotswolds. We handle the application and liaise with the planning officer on your behalf.

Will the extension match our existing stone house?

Yes. We build in Cotswold stone, oak and reclaimed timber, matched to your existing walls, roofline and window detailing so the extension reads as part of the original house.

Who manages the build, from drawings to finish?

One team. We design the extension, manage planning and party wall matters, build the structure and complete the kitchens and joinery, so you deal with one point of contact throughout.

Do you handle party wall agreements with neighbours?

Yes, we handle party wall matters alongside the planning application, before building work starts.

What areas do you cover?

We design and build extensions across the Cotswolds, working from our base in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.

What warranty applies to new-build structural work?

New-build structural work carries a 10-year structural warranty, covering the structural elements of your new build.
