Do you work on listed buildings and barns?
Yes. We regularly convert barns and extend listed Cotswolds homes, working within conservation and planning constraints.
Do you handle planning permission?
Yes. Our team manages planning applications and party wall matters as part of the build, so you deal with one point of contact throughout.
What areas do you cover?
We build across the Cotswolds, working from our base in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.
Is there a warranty on new homes?
New-build homes carry a 10-year structural warranty.
Can you work alongside our architect?
Yes. We work with architects from first drawing through to handover, or provide design and build together as one service.
